Catalogue of Services

Boiler Service (standard gas supplied wall hung boiler) - Annual Service (no parts*) - £90

Gas Safety Certificate (up to three appliances) - £130 - each additional appliance at £50 per appliance

Light Fittings - replace standard white pendant to regular similar light fitting - £85 per light fitting

Light Fittings - installing replacement outdoor lighting (power source in place) - £85 per light fitting

Light Fittings - replace regular light fitting to bespoke lighting arrangement / chandelier - from £120 per light fitting

Outdoor Tap (Replacement) - supply replacement tap and installation - £90

Outdoor Tap (new) - supply new tap and installation (aligned to Kitchen/Bathroom sink) - £120

Replacement Taps (bathroom/kitchen sinks) - installation only - £100 (per basin)

*Additional parts required will be agreed upon boiler assessment and priced accordingly.
